Colonel Larry Butler was the air staff officer in Sarajevo in 1998. We soon became friends which does not prevent me to admire his extended foresight, his crisis handling, his deep economical and logistic knowledge and calm and "cool" judgment. He stayed cool when "the shit hit the fan".
